Payment is made in full at the time of ordering by Paypal ,Debit or Credit card through my Etsy shop
If you order a book without customization and it is ready to ship it will be shipped within two or three working days once payment is received.
If you order a book with customized tags, titles or any other personalized writing and it is ready to ship, it will be shipped within 7 business days upon receipt of payment.
If you have any difficulty with the payment system, please do not hesitate to contact me, because if I do not receive payment within 48 hours after the order is made unfortunately I will proceed to cancel.
Special orders are welcome. Please contact me prior to ordering, so we can work out the details.
If you have a special idea feel free to contact me and I will find the way to create something very special for you.
Special Orders will be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks.
All items will be carefully packaged and shipped from Spain by Correos España. For USA, Canada and some countries I also use courrier service or Correos España by tracked postage.
If you prefer another shipping method or want your package delivered faster, please contact us and we will send you the quote.
Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs policies or whether we are in special dates (summer or Christmas, weather problems, transport strikes, etc.)
Approximate delivery after shipping.
Spain: The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.
Europe: 1-2 weeks.
USA and Canada: 2-5 weeks (usually shipping takes about 3 weeks, but it can still vary up to 5 weeks or more, especially before the holidays)
The rest of the world usually varies between 2 and 6 weeks, depending mainly on the delays in customs.
Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs due to returned items and reshipping if their address is incorrect or not being collected by the customer while held at a post depot due to no one being home. Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct and make sure you check for any collection cards left by the postman.
Once an item leaves our premises and is in the postal system, Seven Memories book art cannot guarantee postal itinerary as there might be unforeseen factors that could slow postal service.
Please be aware that international orders can get held up by customs in the destination country. If such an event occurs I cannot be held responsible for any delays or customs fees applied to your item.
Returns and refunds
I always hope you are happy with your book, but in case you want a refund I can offer the following:
Please contact me within 14 business days after receiving the item if you are unhappy with your purchase.
You'll get a full refund or item exchange if it's sent back unused and in original packaging and postage tracked by upon within 14 days of receipt, provided you contact me about your intention within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note however this does not cover shipping costs. The item must be posted back to me in the original condition and by tracked postage. If there is damage due to insufficient packing I may not be able to refund the full price.
All buyers are responsible for paying for return shipping with tracking UNLESS seller made an error or item is faulty.
Please note that I cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders. Custom orders and books with name plates or monograms are not returnable since they have been specifically designed to your tastes. However, I am happy to adapt the design in the event of an occasion being canceled (wedding, etc.) so the book may be used for something else.

Refunds or returns cannot be accepted on any item where a delay in delivery has occurred due to an item being held up by Customs in the destination country.
No refunds will be made when an item has been returned due to being undeliverable because of a wrong address or because it wasn’t collected by the costumer.
If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, please contact me immediately. I will start the claims process (if it applies) and send you information to finish the process to receive your refund or replacement. I pack your items very carefully but occasionally shipping carriers have been known to lose or destroy packages.

I also do my best to take clear photographs that display the color as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary on different computer monitors.
